13 Manufacturer´s Limited Warranty
In order to obtain the maximum use of this product, we recommend that you follow the practical advice and keep in mind the precautions of use contained in this manual. You should save the sales receipt and the warranty certificate that follows as you will need them for any claims that may arise during the warranty period.
Owasys guarantees the absence of manufacturing defects in this owasys22C telephone from the time of purchase as printed on the sales receipt and thereafter for a period of two (2) years. The warranty for the battery and accessories will be for a time period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
If during the period of the limited warranty the telephone or its accessories become defective as a consequence of improper workmanship, Owasys will repair or replace said elements free of charge, reserving the right to decide to repair or replace all or part of the materials declared defective.
The validity of the warranty is subject to the following conditions. (Warranty conditions in effect in Europe)
The purchaser will have to present at the point of sale along with the product to be substituted or replaced the warranty certificate contained in this manual, properly filled out and sealed by the salesman or, failing that, the sales receipt. Owasys reserves the right to oppose or refuse this warranty service if this information is not on the certificate or has been modified since the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover defects arising from incorrect use of the telephone, that is, use contrary to the instructions contained in this manual.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by software installation, modification, repairs, or the product’s being opened by unauthorised personnel. Manipulating any of the labels and/or seals will void the warranty. Also, connecting accessories that are not originally from Owasys and designed specifically for this product will void the warranty.
This warranty does not apply in case of accident, theft, acts of vandalism or natural disasters.
Owasys will not be held responsible for problems connecting because of lack of coverage, availability, and services from the network service provider.
